How the second payment works
From the moment your first payment clears, your search with us is active. Any home you sign a rental contract for during that time counts toward the second payment, matched to that housing type, whether we found it or you found it yourself.
There are only two situations where the second payment isn't owed: no housing is found at all, or nothing is found within your first 30 days and you request a refund of your first payment.
The second payment always matches the housing type actually secured, not the highest tier.

Once you sign a rental contract, whether it's a home we found or one you found yourself, you make the second payment for that housing type. It's due within 14 days after the contract is signed.
Room: a private room in a shared house or apartment, with shared kitchen and/or bathroom. Studio: a self-contained unit with your own private kitchen and bathroom. Apartment: a full apartment, typically with one or more separate bedrooms.

Most searches take 45 to 60 days from your first payment. We search exactly within your stated requirements, so the more specific your budget, location, or other conditions, the longer it can take. We don't guarantee a specific timeframe. It depends heavily on your requirements.
