Apply for a spot

Fill in a short application about where you want to live, your budget, your timeline and your income. Applying is free.

We review it and schedule a call

We go through your answers and check that we can realistically find housing within your requirements. If it looks like a fit, we email you to schedule a call so we can go over everything together.

Pay €99.90 to start

After the call, if you decide to go ahead, we send you a payment link. We begin your search the same day and add you to a private WhatsApp group with our team.

We search and apply on your behalf

We reach out to landlords and agencies within your requirements, and attend every viewing for you or together with you.

You sign, then make the second payment

Once you sign a rental contract, whether it's a home we found or one you found yourself, you make the second payment: one month's rent, with a minimum of €699.90 and a maximum of €1,099.90. It's due within 14 days after the contract is signed.

€99.90 starts your search. The second payment is one month's rent for the home you sign for, between €699,90 and €1.099,90.

One month's rent for the home you sign for, with a floor of €699,90 and a cap of €1.099,90.

From the moment your first payment clears, your search with us is active. Any home you sign a rental contract for during that time counts toward the second payment, based on that home's monthly rent, whether we found it or you found it yourself.

There are only two situations where the second payment isn't owed: no housing is found at all, or nothing is found within your first 30 days and you request a refund of your first payment.

No. Applying is free. You only pay the €99.90 first payment after we have reviewed your application, spoken on a call, and you have decided to go ahead.

We read through your application and check that we can realistically find housing within your requirements. If it looks like a fit, we email you to schedule a call. If we don't think we can deliver on your requirements right now, we will let you know.

It's simple: one month's rent for the home you sign for. With a minimum of €699.90 and a maximum of €1,099.90, so it never falls below or above those bounds regardless of the actual rent.

Yes. We attend every viewing on your behalf, or together with you if you'd like to join. It's your choice.

It still counts. From the moment your first payment clears, any home you sign a rental contract for while we're actively working together comes with the second payment, based on that home's monthly rent, whether we found it or you did.

Once you sign a rental contract for a home while your search with us is active. The second payment, based on that home's monthly rent, is due within 14 days after the contract is signed.

Most searches take 45 to 60 days from your first payment. We search exactly within your stated requirements, so the more specific your budget, location, or other conditions, the longer it can take. We don't guarantee a specific timeframe. It depends heavily on your requirements.
