Hey, we're Milan & Andrei 👋
We started helping students find housing in 2024, when we began posting social media interviews with students in Groningen. We poured all our free time into offering free, valuable tips to hundreds of students every month.
Our growth happened because we desperately want to make a real difference in the lives of students who come to study in the Netherlands. That mission drives everything we build.

About Us
We started our journey in the Netherlands as Computer Science students at the University of Groningen in 2022. From there we randomly met each other and started bonding — from that day on, inseparable.
The project started because of a simple reason: we both had terrible housing experiences in our first year. Milan moved 5 times in 10 months. Andrei lived in a hotel for his first month, surviving on €5 salads.
In February 2024 we combined two ideas: Milan's social media interview series with students, and Andrei's passion for the housing space. That became the seed of what we're building today.
After rapid social media growth and hundreds of street interviews, we started helping students monthly — for free. This evolved into our first eBook, teaching students how to find housing in under 30 days.
Our content covers the entire student journey: from getting accepted at a Dutch university, all the way through permits, banking, healthcare, and beyond.
Together we're aiming to help over 1,000 students find housing in the Netherlands — and we're well on our way.
