Refund Policy
This policy applies to the Working Student Program (Student in the Netherlands' Income Program). We stand behind it in two ways: a statutory withdrawal right, and an outcome guarantee that goes further than the law requires.
1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal
As required by EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from your enrollment and request a full refund, no questions asked. To exercise this right, email us at studentinthenetherlands@gmail.com within that window.
2. Our 6-month outcome guarantee
Beyond the statutory withdrawal right above, we also guarantee the outcome of the program. If you follow every step in the program on schedule and haven't reached €1,000/month within 6 months of starting, we'll refund every euro you paid — and keep working with you 1:1, completely free, for as long as it takes until you do. You don't have to choose between getting your money back or getting the outcome: you get both.
